Step-by-step process

  1. Initial review
    We'll review your CV or LinkedIn profile and any examples of your work that you might have shared with us - this could be on Github; a personal blog; or papers that you've contributed to.

  2. Swap stories
    Our interview process begins with a phone or video call with a member of the 'People' team. This is an opportunity for us to tell you more about the role and its context within the greater team and to give you some background on Clearmatics.

  3. Face-to-Face interview
    You like what you see and you're interested in joining the team? What next?

    • Technical roles
      • We'll invite you for a technical interview with two members of the engineering team, usually by video call. We'll want to understand your technical ability and gauge your interest in blockchain.
    • Non-technical roles
      • For non-engineering roles, we'll invite you for a first video call with the hiring manager and another member of the Clearmatics team. We aim to see your alignment to our values.

  4. Final Interview
    You will be invited to a final video interview, where you will meet several key team members, including the hiring manager and a member of the senior management team and/or our CEO.

  5. Offer
    You'll receive an offer - hurrah! We will undertake reference checking to find out how you work best and your communication style.

  6. Onboarding
    We are constantly iterating and committed to building a world-class onboarding experience, providing support to welcome you to the team.
